Forgive and Forget, Forget It.

Many times when using law of attraction, we come upon difficulty in manifesting those things we desire.  Perhaps you are experiencing less than optimal events, people, or opportunities and may be wondering why they keep showing up in your life.

What I have found is sometimes when we have been hurt, we stuff the event down somewhere in the back of our mind in an attempt to just let it go and forget about it.  You may feel you have forgotten about the issue or event but trust me, your subconscious mind hasn’t.  It keeps track of everything you have experienced.  Forgiving the person or parties for whatever happened is your best bet.  Forget about forgetting though.  That’s not going to happen. Forgiveness is your best bet.  The way we were created was to learn from our experiences.  For this reason, forget about forgetting and focus on forgiving.  That is where the resistance is anyway.  Judge for yourself by the results you will begin to receive.

I Love Marketing for FREE!

Marketing your products and services doesn’t have to cost and arm and a leg.  There are many avenues that will allow you to do just that but without costing you one red cent.

Take clubs and associations for example.    By joining a club, you place yourself in a position to meet a large number of prospective clients, vendors, referral sources, etc.  It also allows you to get on a first-name basis with some other movers and shakers in your community that may also be members of the club or association.    Don’t join a club with the primary focus on gaining business.  The other members will quickly see through you and your efforts most likely will backfire.  Join only those clubs or associations that you feel you could contribute to.

Another way you can market for free is through the use of name tags.  Whenever you attend a conference, convention, workshop or any special event where you are asked to wear a pre-printed name tag with just your name or are handed a blank stick on name tag, instead of just scrawling your name, I invite you to consider the following:

Neatly print your first and last name, company name along with a short snipet of what you do.  For instance, I might write:

In surfing the net, I came upon this neat article distribution service offering FREE accounts.

When registering, it can be a bit misleading as you are sent to a page which, at first, leads you to believe you must pay for the service.  However, if you scroll down the page further and enter in your data, you will be given access to your free account.

Offer Proof of Results

When creating a marketing piece, one of the most powerful aspects of effective advertising is offering proof to back up your claims. 
It is important to establish your credibility in order to begin building a potential relationship with your prospect.

The best means is to include a testimonial in your marketing.  Testimonials can be powerful in building credibility for you. 
They can also support the products or services you are marketing.

So, consider including a testimonial in your next marketing piece and see if you notice a difference in the response you receive.

When it comes to marketing, one key element of your marketing message is to make sure the benefits of your product or services come through loud and clear.

Emphasize how using your products or services helps your target market avoid or resolve specific problems or issues they currently face.

Lay it out clearly in useful language that will be easily understood.

It’s all about them!  So let them know how you, your products or services are the perfect solution they desparately need.  And…

Remember to include a call to action!

New to WordPress

We will encounter  challenges, new technology, and changes many times throuhout our life.  How we choose to react to these encounters can make a huge difference in the quality of our day.

Take this blog for example.  I have NEVER done anything with WordPress – mainly because it has intimidated me.  I had given this inanimate entity power over me.  Last week I determined that this was simply no longer acceptable and I was claiming my power back!

The first thing I wanted to do was make my blog look a little nicer than the default so I switched out the graphic for my own.   Now be patient with me.  Rome wasn’t built in a day and neither will this blob be.  I will be a work in progress – evolving as I learn more and more about the WordPress “animal” and more comfortable using it.
